Oral presentations
- Highlight sessions presentations: The time limit for each presentation is 20 minutes plus 5 minutes for discussion. Each speaker should bring the presentation in a memory key or CD-ROM and deliver it at the registration desk
- Long oral presentations: The time limit for each presentation is 15 minutes plus 5 minutes for discussion. Each speaker should bring the presentation in a memory key or CD-ROM and deliver it at the registration desk.
- Short oral presentations: Authors must present their works as short presentations (10 min + 5 for questions), using a short powerpoint and a poster to explain the main objectives of their paper.
Presentations will be evaluated in order to select the 10 best papers and presentations for the LCNS publication.
Poster presentations
Posters should have portrait orientation and the A0 standard size (84 x100 cm)or slightly smaller. Attachment to the panel is achieved with a sticky dough or sticky tape, available on request to anyone of the Organizing Committee. Each poster can only be held on the panel that has its pre-assigned number (corresponding number in easychair submission).
Posters will be continually on display in the Posters Room Wednesday for first session and Thursday for the second one. Please stick your poster in the beginning of the day. The author in charge must be near the poster during the corresponding session.
